As the Managing Partner of Samuel Adegoke & LP, Samuel brings a wealth of experience and strategic leadership to the firm. With an extensive background in corporate law, dispute resolution and regulatory compliance. He has successfully guided the firm through significant growth and complex legal challenges, ensuring that clients receive unparalleled legal expertise and business acumen.
Samuel earned his law degree from Obafemi Awolowo University and has spent a decade honing his skills in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and strategic advisory services. Throughout his career, he has developed a reputation for delivering innovative legal solutions that align with clients’ business objectives and mitigate risk in an ever-evolving commercial landscape.
Samuel has work experience spanning across several organizations, where he advised clients on contractual obligations, drafted legal documents, and represented clients in both corporate transactions and within the court systems – State and Federal High Courts. His responsibilities also included conducting due diligence at various government institutions to mitigate risks for clients in commercial transactions.
Samuel brings extensive expertise in conducting due diligence, preparing contracts, and advising stakeholders on legal matters. He is a member of Section on Business Law (SBL) Association.
